The ROSNOL AD-D1N25A/044-84 is a high-performance RF adapter for 50 Ω systems, operating from DC to 7.5 GHz with VSWR ≤1.20 (≥20 dB return loss) and insertion loss ≤0.05 × √F (GHz) dB. Electrical ratings include working voltage of 500 Vrms, insulation resistance ≥5 GΩ, and power handling up to 1000 W at 1 GHz. RF leakage is ≥128 dB up to 1 GHz. Coupling uses screw-lock on both sides, supporting ≥500 mating cycles. Recommended torque: 25–30 N·m (7/16) and 0.7–1.1 N·m (N).Materials and plating: center contacts are brass and beryllium copper with silver plating; bodies and coupling nuts are brass with copper-tin-zinc alloy plating; insulators are PTFE; gaskets are silicone rubber. Rated for −65 °C to +165 °C, this adapter offers excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical durability.
