Description
The ROSNOL AD-D1A25A/044-84 is a high-performance RF adapter for 50 Ω systems, operating from DC to 8.3 GHz with VSWR ≤1.20 (≥21 dB return loss) and insertion loss ≤0.03 × √F (GHz) dB. Electrical ratings include test voltage of 1000 Vrms, working voltage of 480 Vrms, and power handling up to 200 W at 2 GHz. Coupling uses screw-lock on both sides, ensuring secure engagement with ≥500 mating cycles. Recommended torque: 25–30 N·m (7/16) and 0.5 N·m (SMA).
Materials and plating: center contacts are beryllium copper (SMA) and brass (7/16) with silver plating; bodies and coupling nuts are brass with copper-tin-zinc alloy plating; insulators are PTFE; gaskets are silicone rubber. Rated for −65 °C to +165 °C, this adapter offers excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical reliability.
