Description

BNC Plug (Male) to UHF Plug (Male) | Straight Design | Bayonet-Lock & Screw-Lock | Brass Body

The ROSNOL AD-B1U15A/144-144 is a robust RF adapter for low-frequency applications, operating from DC to 300 MHz. It features BNC (50 Ω) and UHF (non-constant impedance) interfaces, ensuring reliable connectivity. Electrical ratings include 1500 Vrms test voltage, 400 Vrms working voltage, and typical power handling of 400 W at 300 MHz under VSWR 1.0. Contact resistance is ≤1.5 mΩ on the BNC side and ≤5 mΩ on the UHF side, with outer contact resistance ≤1 mΩ and ≤5 mΩ respectively. Coupling combines bayonet-lock and screw-lock for secure engagement, supporting ≥500 mating cycles and axial captivation ≥30 N.

Materials and plating: center contacts are brass with 3 µin gold plating over 80 µin nickel-phosphorus underplating. Bodies and coupling nuts are brass with copper-tin-zinc alloy plating; insulators are PTFE; gaskets are silicone rubber. Rated for −55 °C to +145 °C, this adapter offers excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical durability.

ROSNOL delivers precision-engineered RF adapters for uncompromising performance in high-frequency and microwave applications. Manufactured under ISO 9001-certified processes, fully RoHS and REACH compliant, and offering cost-effective alternatives to leading brands. Customization for materials, plating, and mechanical design is available to meet specialized interconnect requirements.
