The ROSNOL AD-D1431015A/144-144 is engineered for 50 Ω systems, supporting DC to 6 GHz with VSWR ≤1.15 (≥23.13 dB return loss) and PIM ≤−160 dBc. Electrical ratings include test voltage of 2500 Vrms, working voltage of 500 Vrms, and RF leakage ≥110 dB. Power handling is 500 W at 2 GHz under 90 °C conditions. Coupling uses screw-lock on both sides, ensuring secure engagement with ≥500 mating cycles. Recommended torque: 25–30 N·m (7/16) and 5 N·m (4.3-10).Materials and plating: center contacts are brass with 3 µin gold plating over 80 µin nickel-phosphorus underplating. Bodies and coupling nuts are brass with copper-tin-zinc alloy plating; insulators are PTFE. Rated for −55 °C to +90 °C, this adapter meets IP68 protection standards for harsh environments.
