The ROSNOL AD-BX1A25A/91-91 is a high-performance RF adapter for 50 Ω systems, operating from DC to 12.4 GHz with VSWR ≤1.08 (≥28.3 dB return loss) and insertion loss ≤0.42 dB. Electrical ratings include test voltage of 500 Vrms and working voltage of 330 Vrms. Coupling combines snap-lock for MMBX and screw-lock for SMA, ensuring secure engagement with ≥500 mating cycles per side. Recommended torque for SMA is 0.8–1.1 N·m.Materials and plating: center contacts are beryllium copper with 3 µin gold plating over 80 µin nickel-phosphorus underplating. Bodies are brass with gold plating; insulators are PTFE. Rated for −55 °C to +155 °C, this adapter offers excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical durability.
