The ROSNOL AD-BA1A25A/1XX-1X is a precision RF adapter for 50 Ω systems, operating from DC to 22 GHz with VSWR ≤ 1.3 (≥17.69 dB return loss) and insertion loss ≤0.05 × √F (GHz) dB. Electrical ratings include working voltage of 335 Vrms (BMA) and 480 Vrms (SMA), with test voltage up to 1000 Vrms. Contact resistance is ≤5.0 mΩ on the BMA side and ≤3.0 mΩ on the SMA side; outer contact resistance ≤2.5 mΩ on both sides. Coupling combines slide-on for BMA and screw-lock for SMA, supporting ≥1000 mating cycles (BMA) and ≥500 cycles (SMA). Recommended torque for SMA is 0.8–1.1 N·m.Materials and plating: center contacts are brass with 3 µin gold plating over 80 µin nickel-phosphorus underplating. Bodies are stainless steel with passivated finish; insulators are PTFE; gaskets are silicone rubber. Rated for −65 °C to +165 °C, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance.
