TNC Jack (Female) to BNC Jack (Female) | Straight Design | Screw-Lock & Bayonet-Lock| Brass Body
ROSNOL AD-T2B25A/94-94 is a straight TNC Jack (Female) to BNC Jack (Female) adapter engineered for DC to 4 GHz operation. It maintains a 50-ohm impedance with a maximum VSWR of 1.20, supporting stable low-reflection transmission across RF systems. The TNC side utilizes a screw-on coupling while the BNC side uses a bayonet-lock mechanism, each rated for at least 500 mating cycles. With center-contact captivation of at least 15 N and a recommended torque of 0.46 to 0.69 Nm on the TNC end, the adapter ensures secure mechanical engagement and reliable electrical continuity.
The center contacts on both TNC and BNC sides are made of beryllium copper with gold plating over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underlayer. The bodies are constructed from a copper-tin-zinc alloy for structural rigidity, while PTFE insulators maintain dielectric stability across the operating band. Designed for inter-series conversion, this adapter allows seamless transition between TNC and BNC interfaces in RF instrumentation, communication systems, and test setups.
ROSNOL RF adapters are manufactured in ISO 9001-certified facilities and fully comply with RoHS and REACH standards. Delivering high performance at competitive pricing, they offer a reliable alternative to American and European brands. Comprehensive customization options for materials, plating, and mechanical configurations are available to meet application-specific requirements.
