The ROSNOL AD-B2S25A-BHS_IP68/H5-H5 is a rugged RF adapter for DC to 4 GHz applications with 50 Ω impedance and VSWR ≤ 1.30 (≥17.7 dB return loss). It supports dielectric withstanding voltage of 750 V and insertion loss ≤0.05 × √F (GHz) dB. Contact resistance is ≤1.5 mΩ on the BNC side and ≤5 mΩ on the SMB side; outer contact resistance ≤1 mΩ and ≤2.5 mΩ respectively. Coupling combines bayonet-lock and snap-lock mechanisms, ensuring ≥500 mating cycles and axial captivation ≥15 N (BNC) and ≥10 N (SMB).
Materials and plating: center contacts are phosphor bronze with 3 µin gold plating over 80 µin nickel-phosphorus underplating. Bodies are brass with black chromium plating; insulators are PTFE. Rated for −65 °C to +165 °C, this adapter meets IP68 standards for dust and water protection, ensuring reliability in harsh environments.
