The ROSNOL AD-B1T25A/H33-H3 is a precision RF adapter for 50 Ω systems, operating from DC to 4 GHz with VSWR ≤ 1.35 (≥16.54 dB return loss) and insertion loss ≤0.05 × √F (GHz) dB. Rated for 1500 Vrms test voltage, 400 Vrms working voltage, and power handling up to 80 W at 2 GHz under VSWR 1.0. Coupling combines bayonet-lock on the BNC side and screw-lock on the TNC side for secure engagement. Mechanical endurance ≥500 mating cycles; axial contact captivation ≥15 N; recommended torque 0.46–0.69 N·m on TNC side.

Materials and plating: center contacts are phosphor bronze with 3 µin gold plating over 80 µin nickel-phosphorus underplating. Bodies and coupling nuts are brass with nickel plating; insulators are PTFE; gaskets are silicone rubber. Operating temperature range −65 °C to +165 °C ensures durability and corrosion resistance.
