The ROSNOL AD-B1T25A/944-94 is a high-performance RF adapter designed for 50 Ω systems, operating from DC to 4 GHz with VSWR ≤ 1.2 (≥ 20.83 dB return loss) and insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz) dB. It supports a test voltage of 1500 Vrms, working voltage of 400 Vrms, and power handling up to 80 W at 2 GHz under VSWR 1.0 conditions. Coupling combines bayonet-lock on the BNC side and screw-lock on the TNC side for secure engagement. Mechanical endurance is rated at ≥ 500 mating cycles, with axial contact captivation ≥ 15 N and recommended torque of 0.46–0.69 N·m on the TNC side.Materials and plating: center contacts are beryllium copper with 3 µin gold plating over 100 µin non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. Bodies and coupling nuts are brass with copper-tin-zinc alloy plating; insulators are PTFE; gaskets are silicone rubber. This construction ensures excellent corrosion resistance and reliable performance across a temperature range of −55 °C to +155 °C.
