Electrical ratings include 1500 Vrms test voltage, 400 Vrms working voltage, and ≤ 80 W power handling at 2 GHz. The BNC side uses bayonet-lock while the TNC side uses screw-lock for reliable coupling. Mechanical durability is ≥ 500 mating cycles, axial center-contact captivation ≥ 15 N, and TNC recommended torque 0.46–0.69 N·m.Materials and plating stack: beryllium copper center contacts with 3 µin gold over 80 µin non‑magnetic nickel‑phosphorus underplating; brass bodies and coupling nuts with nickel plating; PTFE insulators; silicone rubber gaskets.
