The ROSNOL AD-AQ1A25A-BH/91X-9X adapter delivers secure connectivity between SMA snap-on and SMA connectors in bulkhead configurations. Operating from DC to 18 GHz with 50 Ω impedance, it achieves VSWR ≤1.15 and insertion loss ≤0.05 × √F (GHz) dB. Electrical ratings include insulation resistance ≥5 GΩ, test voltage 1000 V RMS, and working voltage 480 V RMS. Designed for durability, it supports ≥500 mating cycles with snap-lock and screw-lock coupling mechanisms.

The center contacts are beryllium copper with gold plating over nickel-phosphorus underplating for superior conductivity. Brass bodies and fastening nuts feature gold plating, complemented by PTFE insulators and stainless steel coupling springs for mechanical strength. The adapter withstands temperatures from -65°C to +125°C, ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments.
