The ROSNOL AD-A5B25A/911-94 adapter delivers robust performance for RF interconnects requiring SMA reverse polarity and BNC interfaces. With a frequency range from DC to 6 GHz and 50 Ω impedance, it maintains VSWR ≤1.15 up to 4 GHz and ≤1.2 up to 6 GHz. Electrical specifications include insertion loss ≤0.05 × √F (GHz) dB, insulation resistance ≥5 GΩ, and RF leakage ≤80 W at 2 GHz. Designed for reliability, it supports 1000 V RMS test voltage, 400 V RMS working voltage, and ≥500 mating cycles. Coupling mechanisms include screw-lock for SMA and bayonet-lock for BNC, ensuring secure engagement.The adapter’s center contacts are beryllium copper with gold plating over nickel-phosphorus underplating for superior conductivity. Brass bodies feature protective plating, while PTFE insulators provide excellent dielectric strength. Additional components include silicone rubber gaskets and brass coupling nuts with gold plating, ensuring long-term durability under temperatures from -65°C to +165°C.
