The ROSNOL AD-A5B25A/911-93 adapter combines SMA reverse polarity and BNC connectivity for high-frequency applications. Operating from DC to 6 GHz with a 50 Ω impedance, it achieves VSWR ≤1.15 up to 4 GHz and ≤1.2 up to 6 GHz, ensuring minimal signal reflection. Insertion loss remains below 0.05 × √F (GHz) dB, while insulation resistance exceeds 5 GΩ. Rated for 1000 V RMS test voltage and 400 V RMS working voltage, this adapter supports RF leakage ≤80 W at 2 GHz. Mechanical integrity includes screw-lock on the SMA side and bayonet-lock on the BNC side, with ≥500 mating cycles and contact captivation ≥27 N.Material construction features beryllium copper center contacts with gold plating over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating for optimal conductivity. Brass bodies are plated for corrosion resistance, complemented by PTFE insulators and silicone rubber gaskets. Coupling nuts are brass with gold plating, ensuring durability across -65°C to +165°C.
