The ROSNOL AD-A2QA25A-BH-EC/94-94 is a high-performance RF adapter designed for sealed bulkhead installations in demanding environments. Operating from DC to 18 GHz with a 50-ohm impedance, it achieves VSWR ≤ 1.20 and insertion loss ≤ 0.05√F (GHz) dB. Electrical performance includes insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, test voltage 1000 V rms, and RF leakage ≥ 90 dB up to 1 GHz. Mechanical integrity is guaranteed through screw-lock coupling on the SMA side and quick-lock engagement on the QMA side, with axial contact captivation ≥ 20 N and ≥ 500 mating cycles for secure and repeatable connections.Engineered with brass bodies for enhanced durability, the adapter incorporates beryllium copper contacts plated with gold over nickel-phosphorus underplating. PTFE insulators, silicone rubber gaskets, and epoxy captivation provide superior sealing and mechanical strength for long-term reliability across a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
