The ROSNOL AD-A2PCT25A-BH/9X-9X is a precision RF adapter engineered for secure bulkhead mounting in high-frequency systems. Operating from DC to 18 GHz with a 50-ohm impedance, it delivers VSWR ≤ 1.25 and insertion loss ≤ 0.1√F (GHz) dB. Electrical performance includes insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, test voltage 1000 V rms, and RF leakage ≥ 90 dB up to 1 GHz. Mechanical reliability is ensured through screw-lock coupling on both ends, axial contact captivation ≥ 27 N, and ≥ 500 mating cycles, supporting power handling up to 200 W at 2 GHz.Constructed with stainless steel bodies for superior corrosion resistance, the adapter incorporates beryllium copper contacts plated with gold over nickel-phosphorus underplating. PTFE insulators and silicone rubber gaskets provide excellent dielectric and sealing properties, while stainless steel fastening nuts and washers ensure robust assembly. This design guarantees durability across a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
