The ROSNOL AD-A2P25A/91-99 is a high-frequency RF adapter designed for precision and reliability. Operating from DC to 18 GHz with a 50-ohm impedance, it achieves VSWR ≤ 1.20 and insertion loss ≤ 0.05√F (GHz) dB, ensuring minimal signal degradation. Electrical performance includes insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, test voltage 500 V rms, and working voltage 250 V rms. Mechanical features include screw-lock coupling on the SMA side and snap-on engagement on the SMP side, with axial contact captivation ≥ 28 N and ≥ 500 mating cycles for robust durability.

Constructed with beryllium copper contacts plated with gold over nickel-phosphorus underplating, the SMA body is brass with gold finish, while the SMP body uses beryllium copper with gold plating. PTFE and PEI insulators provide excellent dielectric stability, ensuring consistent performance across a temperature range of -55°C to +165°C.
