The ROSNOL AD-A2MX25A-BH/94-94 bulkhead RF adapter connects SMA jack (female) to MMCX jack (female), supporting DC to 6 GHz operation with 50-ohm impedance. Electrical performance includes VSWR ≤ 1.20 (≥ 20.8 dB return loss), insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz) dB, and insulation resistance ≥ 1 GΩ. It withstands 750 V rms test voltage and supports a maximum contact current of 1.5 A DC. Mechanical design features screw-lock coupling for SMA and snap-lock for MMCX, with axial captivation ≥ 27 N and IP-rated sealing for outdoor reliability.
Premium materials include beryllium copper center contacts with gold plating over nickel-phosphorus underlayer, brass bodies with copper-tin-zinc alloy finish, and PTFE insulators for excellent dielectric performance. Silicone rubber gaskets provide additional sealing for rugged applications.
