The ROSNOL AD-A2MX25A/93-93 straight RF adapter offers secure connectivity between SMA jack (female) and MMCX jack (female), operating from DC to 6 GHz with 50-ohm impedance. It achieves VSWR ≤ 1.20 (≥ 20.8 dB return loss), insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz) dB, and insulation resistance ≥ 1 GΩ. Test voltage is rated at 750 V rms, with working voltage of 335 V rms and maximum contact current of 1.5 A DC. Mechanical integrity includes screw-lock coupling for SMA and snap-lock for MMCX, axial captivation ≥ 27 N, and recommended torque of 0.8–1.1 Nm for SMA.Constructed for reliability, the adapter uses beryllium copper center contacts with gold plating over nickel-phosphorus underlayer, brass bodies with nickel finish, and PTFE insulators for superior dielectric properties. This design ensures robust performance for demanding RF environments.
