The ROSNOL AD-A2431025A/94-94 RF adapter features a straight configuration connecting SMA jack (female) to 4.3-10 jack (female), engineered for high-frequency performance up to 12 GHz with a 50-ohm impedance. It offers superior electrical characteristics, including VSWR ≤ 1.15 (≥ 23 dB return loss), insertion loss ≤ 0.04 × √F (GHz) dB, and RF leakage ≥ 100 dB from DC to 1 GHz. Power handling reaches 200 W at 2 GHz, with insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ. Mechanical integrity is ensured through screw-lock coupling mechanisms, axial captivation of ≥ 30 N (4.3-10) and ≥ 20 N (SMA), and recommended torque of 5 Nm and 0.8–1.1 Nm respectively. Mating durability exceeds 100 cycles for 4.3-10 and 500 cycles for SMA.Constructed from premium materials, the center contacts are beryllium copper with gold plating over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underlayer. The bodies are precision-machined brass with copper-tin-zinc alloy plating, and PTFE insulators provide excellent dielectric performance. This robust design guarantees long-term stability under demanding RF and microwave conditions.
