Description

50 Ohm Multi Purpose R-Test Cable | FEP Jacket | Low-Density PTFE Dielectric

The MP320A is a precision RF/microwave test cable optimized for frequencies up to 50 GHz. It features a solid silver-plated copper conductor and low-density PTFE dielectric for superior electrical performance. The cable includes silver-plated copper foil and braid shielding, delivering >100 dB screening effectiveness. The overall diameter is 3.20 mm (0.126 inch), and the minimum bending radius is 5.08 mm (0.2 inch). Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to +165°C, and the cable meets RoHS compliance.

Electrical characteristics include 50 Ω impedance, 86 pF/m capacitance, and 80% velocity factor. Phase stability is 3.0° @10 GHz and 5.0° @18 GHz under bending. Typical attenuation values are 0.46 dB/m (0.0117 dB/in) at 1 GHz, 2.69 dB/m (0.0683 dB/in) at 26.5 GHz, and 3.90 dB/m (0.0991 dB/in) at 50 GHz. Maximum CW power handling ranges from 363 W at 1 GHz to 48 W at 50 GHz.
