Description
Multi Purpose RF/Microwave R-Test Cable
The MP220A is a high-frequency RF/microwave test cable designed for applications up to 67 GHz. It incorporates a solid silver-plated copper conductor and PTFE dielectric for stable signal transmission. Dual shielding with silver-plated copper foil and braid ensures >90 dB shielding effectiveness. The cable diameter is 2.20 mm (0.087 inch), and the minimum bending radius is 8.5 mm (0.33 inch). Operating temperature spans -55°C to +165°C, and the cable is RoHS compliant.Electrical specifications include 50 Ω impedance, 80 pF/m capacitance, and 80% velocity factor with a time delay of 4.16 ns/m. Typical attenuation values are 0.64 dB/m (0.19 dB/in) at 1 GHz, 4.45 dB/m (1.36 dB/in) at 40 GHz, and 5.98 dB/m (1.82 dB/in) at 67 GHz. Maximum CW power handling ranges from 97 W at 1 GHz to 10 W at 67 GHz.
