Description

50 Ohm Multi Purpose RF/Microwave Test Cable | FEP Jacket | Low Density PTFE

The ROSNOL TVAC320A is a high-performance RF/microwave test cable designed for demanding environments. It features a solid silver-plated copper inner conductor and a low-density PTFE dielectric for superior signal integrity. The cable is shielded with silver-plated copper foil and braid, ensuring excellent screening effectiveness of over 100 dB at 1 GHz. The FEP jacket provides durability and flexibility with an overall diameter of 3.20 mm (0.126 inch). Minimum static bending radius is 5.08 mm (0.2 inch). Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to +165°C, and the cable is fully RoHS compliant.

Electrically, the TVAC320A offers 50 Ω impedance and supports frequencies from DC to 50 GHz with a velocity factor of 80%. Capacitance is rated at 86 pF/m, and phase stability is maintained at 3.0° @10 GHz and 5.0° @18 GHz under bending. Typical attenuation values include 0.46 dB/m (0.0117 dB/in) at 1 GHz, 2.17 dB/m (0.0551 dB/in) at 18 GHz, and 3.90 dB/m (0.0991 dB/in) at 50 GHz. Maximum CW power handling is 363 W at 1 GHz and 48 W at 50 GHz.

ROSNOL’s cable solutions are precision-engineered to meet the rigorous demands of RF and microwave transmission systems. Manufactured under ISO 9001-certified processes, ROSNOL cables deliver consistent high quality and performance at competitive pricing, making them a reliable alternative to products from leading European and American brands.
