The ROSNOL AD-A1T25A/9XX-9X adapter provides robust RF performance with 50 Ω impedance and DC–11 GHz frequency range. It achieves VSWR ≤ 1.20, insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz) dB, and insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ. Rated for 1000 V rms test voltage and 480 V rms working voltage, it ensures RF leakage ≥ 100 dB up to 1 GHz. Mechanical integrity includes screw-lock coupling, axial captivation ≥ 27 N, torque range 0.9 Nm (SMA) and 0.46–0.69 Nm (TNC), and minimum 500 mating cycles.

Constructed from stainless steel with passivated finish for body and coupling nut, this adapter guarantees durability and corrosion resistance. Center contacts are phosphor bronze with gold plating over nickel underplating. Insulators are PTFE for both ends, complemented by silicone rubber gaskets for environmental sealing. Dimensions include overall length 26.75 mm [1.053 in], hex sizes 8 mm [.315 in] and 12 mm [.472 in], and thread 7/16-28 UNEF-2A.
