The ROSNOL AD-A1QA25A/944-94 adapter delivers reliable RF performance with 50 Ω impedance and DC–18 GHz frequency range. It achieves VSWR ≤ 1.20 (≥ 20.83 dB return loss), insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz) dB, and insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ. Contact resistance is ≤ 3.0 mΩ for both SMA and QMA sides, while outer contact resistance is ≤ 2.0 mΩ (SMA) and ≤ 2.5 mΩ (QMA). Rated for 1000 V rms test voltage and 480 V rms working voltage, this adapter ensures stable signal integrity. Mechanical features include screw-lock coupling on the SMA side and quick-lock engagement for QMA, with mating cycles of 500 (SMA) and 100 (QMA).

Constructed from brass with copper-tin-zinc alloy for body and coupling nut, this adapter guarantees durability and corrosion resistance. Center contacts are beryllium copper with 3 μinch gold plating over 80 μinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. Insulators are PTFE for both ends, complemented by silicone rubber gaskets for environmental sealing. Dimensions include overall length 23.19 mm [.913 in], hex sizes 8 mm [.315 in] and 5.5 mm [.215 in].
