The ROSNOL AD-A1PCT15B/9XX-9XX adapter ensures dependable RF performance with 50 Ω impedance and DC–18 GHz frequency coverage. It offers VSWR ≤ 1.20, insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz) dB, and insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ. Contact resistance is ≤ 3.0 mΩ (SMA) and ≤ 1.5 mΩ (Precision TNC), outer contact resistance ≤ 2.0 mΩ and ≤ 1.0 mΩ respectively. Rated for 1000 V rms test voltage and 480 V rms working voltage, it supports RF leakage ≥ 90 dB up to 1 GHz. Mechanical features include screw-lock coupling, axial captivation ≥ 27 N, torque range 0.80–1.10 Nm (SMA) and 0.46–0.69 Nm (TNC), and minimum 500 mating cycles.

The adapter uses stainless steel bodies with passivated finish for both SMA and Precision TNC interfaces, ensuring corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. Center contacts are beryllium copper with 3 μinch gold plating over 80 μinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. Insulators are PTFE for both ends, and silicone rubber gaskets provide environmental sealing. Dimensions include overall length 29.37 mm [1.156 in], hex sizes 8 mm [.315 in] and 14.85 mm [.585 in].
