The ROSNOL AD-A1PCN25A-PF/HXX-HX adapter provides robust RF performance with 50 Ω impedance and DC–18 GHz frequency range. It achieves VSWR ≤ 1.2 (≥ 20.83 dB return loss), insertion loss ≤ 0.04 × √F (GHz) dB, and insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ. Rated for 1000 V rms test voltage and 480 V rms working voltage, it ensures RF leakage ≥ 90 dB up to 1 GHz. Mechanical integrity includes screw-lock coupling, axial captivation ≥ 28 N, torque range 0.80–1.10 Nm (SMA) and 0.70–1.10 Nm (N), and minimum 500 mating cycles. Recommended coupling torque is max 1.7 Nm for both sides.Constructed from stainless steel with passivated finish for body and coupling nut, this adapter guarantees durability and corrosion resistance. Center contacts are phosphor bronze with 3 μinch gold plating over 80 μinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. Insulators are PTFE for both ends, complemented by silicone rubber gaskets for environmental sealing. Dimensions include flange size 31.1 mm [1.000 in], hole spacing 18.8 mm [.740 in], and thread 5/8-24 UNEF-2A.
