Description

SMA Plug (Male) to Precision N Plug (Male) Adapter | Screw-lock | Stainless Steel Body

The ROSNOL AD-A1PCN15B/9XX-9XX adapter ensures robust RF performance with 50 Ω impedance and DC to 18 GHz frequency range. It achieves VSWR ≤1.15 (≥23.1 dB return loss) and insertion loss ≤0.05√F (GHz) dB, supporting high-frequency signal integrity. Mechanical design features screw-lock coupling on both sides, with ≥500 mating cycles and axial contact captivation ≥28 N. Recommended torque is 0.80–1.10 Nm for SMA and 0.70–1.10 Nm for Precision N. Dimensions: overall length 33.88 mm [1.334 in], hex sizes SW8 [.315 in], SW14 [.551 in], SW19 [.748 in].

Constructed from high-grade materials, center contacts are beryllium copper with 3 µinch gold plating over 80 µinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. Bodies and coupling nuts are stainless steel passivated, insulators are PTFE, and SMA side includes a silicone rubber gasket for enhanced sealing.

ROSNOL’s precision-engineered RF adapters deliver reliable performance across diverse RF and microwave systems. Designed to meet stringent high-frequency requirements, ROSNOL adapters offer a cost-effective alternative to leading global brands. All components are manufactured in ISO 9001-certified facilities and comply with RoHS and REACH standards. Customization for materials, plating, and mechanical design is available to support specialized interconnect needs.
