The ROSNOL AD-A1PCN15A-PF/HXX-HXX adapter delivers reliable RF performance with 50 Ω impedance and a frequency range from DC to 18 GHz. It achieves VSWR ≤1.2 (≥20.83 dB return loss) and insertion loss ≤0.04√F (GHz) dB, ensuring minimal signal degradation. Mechanical design features a 4-hole flange mount with screw-lock coupling on both SMA and Precision N sides, supporting ≥500 mating cycles. Axial contact captivation is ≥28 N, with recommended torque of 0.80–1.10 Nm for SMA and 0.70–1.10 Nm for Precision N. Dimensions: flange size 25.4 mm [1.000 in], hole diameter 3.2 mm [.126 in], overall length 33.9 mm [1.334 in].Constructed from premium materials, center contacts are phosphor bronze with 3 µinch gold plating over 80 µinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. Bodies and coupling nuts are stainless steel passivated, insulators are PTFE, and gaskets are silicone rubber for enhanced sealing.
