The ROSNOL K1HA50-2226A-LP/9XX is a high-performance 2.92mm plug connector designed for PCB end launch applications requiring exceptional RF integrity. This low-profile connector supports frequencies from DC to 40 GHz with 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.40 (≥ 15.6 dB return loss), and insertion loss ≤ 0.05√f (GHz) dB. It offers RF leakage ≥ 100 dB up to 1 GHz, insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, and withstands a test voltage of 750 V rms. Mechanical reliability is ensured with screw-lock coupling, ≥ 500 mating cycles, axial captivation ≥ 20 N, and recommended torque between 0.80 Nm and 1.10 Nm.Constructed for durability and precision, the center contact and launch pin are made of beryllium copper with 3 μinch gold plating over 80 μinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. The body and coupling nut are stainless steel with passivated finish, while the transition block is brass with copper-tin-zinc alloy plating. Insulators are PTFE and PS for superior dielectric properties, complemented by a silicone rubber gasket for environmental sealing.
