The ROSNOL AD-A1N25A-BH/9XX-9X is a precision SMA-to-N bulkhead adapter designed for high-performance RF and microwave systems. It supports DC to 11 GHz with 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.20 (≥ 20.8 dB return loss), and insertion loss ≤ 0.04√f (GHz) dB. Electrical integrity includes insulation resistance ≥ 5×10³ MΩ, RF leakage ≥ 100 dB up to 1 GHz, and power handling up to 200 W at 2 GHz. Mechanical reliability is ensured with screw-lock coupling, ≥ 500 mating cycles, and torque range of 0.7–1.1 Nm for both interfaces.

The SMA and N contacts are beryllium copper with 3 μinch gold plating over 80 μinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. Bodies, coupling nuts, and fastening hardware are stainless steel with passivated finish, while PTFE insulators provide excellent dielectric properties. Silicone rubber gaskets ensure environmental sealing for robust operation.
