Description

SMA Plug (Male) to MCX Jack (Female) Adapter | 4-Hole Panel Mount | Screw-lock & Snap-lock | Brass Body

The ROSNOL AD-A1M25A-PF/H11-H1 is a panel-mount SMA to MCX adapter supporting DC to 6 GHz. It offers 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤1.15 (≥23.1 dB), and insertion loss ≤0.05 × √F (GHz) dB. Mechanical specifications include screw-lock coupling on the SMA side and snap-lock on the MCX side, ≥500 mating cycles, axial captivation ≥27 N, and torque rating up to 1.7 Nm. Engagement force is ≤25 N, with disengagement force ranging from 8 N to 20 N.

Constructed with gold-plated brass body and phosphor bronze center contacts, the adapter features 3 µinch gold plating over 80 µinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. PTFE insulators and silicone rubber gaskets ensure robust dielectric and sealing performance.

ROSNOL’s precision-engineered solutions offer a competitive alternative to products from leading manufacturers in Europe, the USA, and other global markets. All ROSNOL components are manufactured in ISO 9001-certified facilities and fully comply with RoHS and REACH regulations, ensuring environmental safety and global regulatory alignment. Customization services for materials, plating, and mechanical design are available to support specialized requirements across a wide range of RF and microwave applications.
