The ROSNOL AD-A1B15A/1XX-133 is a precision RF adapter designed for SMA to BNC interconnection, supporting DC to 6 GHz operation. It offers 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤1.15 (≥23.13 dB) up to 4 GHz and ≤1.2 (≥20.83 dB) from 4–6 GHz, with insertion loss ≤0.05 × √F (GHz) dB. Mechanical specifications include screw-lock coupling on the SMA side and bayonet-lock on the BNC side, ≥500 mating cycles, axial captivation ≥27 N, and torque range of 0.8–1.1 Nm.Constructed with a passivated stainless steel SMA body and nickel-plated brass BNC body, the adapter features brass center contacts with 3 µinch gold plating over 80 µinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. PTFE insulators and silicone rubber gaskets ensure reliable dielectric and sealing performance.
