The ROSNOL TVAC-ADL-A1A25C/911-91 is a right-angle SMA adapter with venting hole, optimized for thermal vacuum (TVAC) environments up to 18 GHz. It provides 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤1.20 (≥20.83 dB), and insertion loss ≤0.05 × √F (GHz) dB. RF leakage is rated ≥100 dB up to 1 GHz, with insulation resistance ≥5 GΩ and power handling up to 200 W @ 2 GHz. Mechanical features include screw-lock coupling, ≥500 mating cycles, axial captivation ≥27 N, radial captivation ≥3 Ncm, and torque range of 0.8–1.1 Nm.This adapter is built with a gold-plated brass body and coupling nut, beryllium copper center contacts with 3 µinch gold plating over 80 µinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating, and PTFE insulators for stable dielectric performance.
