Description

SMA Plug (Male) to Jack (Female) Adapter | Screw-lock | Stainless Steel Body | Venting Hole for TVAC

The ROSNOL TVAC-ADL-A1A25A/9XX-9X is a precision SMA L-adapter with venting hole, designed for thermal vacuum (TVAC) applications up to 18 GHz. It offers 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤1.25 (>19.1 dB), and insertion loss ≤0.04 × √F (GHz) dB. RF leakage is rated ≥100 dB up to 1 GHz, with insulation resistance ≥5 GΩ and power handling up to 200 W @ 2 GHz. Mechanical specifications include screw-lock coupling, ≥500 mating cycles, axial captivation ≥27 N, radial captivation ≥3 Ncm, and torque range of 0.8–1.1 Nm.

Constructed with passivated stainless steel body and coupling nut, the adapter features beryllium copper center contacts with 3 µinch gold plating over 80 µinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. PTFE insulators and silicone rubber gaskets ensure robust dielectric and sealing performance.

ROSNOL’s precision-engineered solutions offer a competitive alternative to products from leading manufacturers in Europe, the USA, and other global markets. All ROSNOL components are manufactured in ISO 9001-certified facilities and fully comply with RoHS and REACH regulations, ensuring environmental safety and global regulatory alignment. Customization services for materials, plating, and mechanical design are available to support specialized requirements across a wide range of RF and microwave applications.
