The ROSNOL ADL-PCA1PCA25C_1.15/9XX-9X is a precision SMA right-angle adapter engineered for ultra-low VSWR performance up to 27 GHz. It features 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤1.15 (≥23.13 dB), and insertion loss ≤0.05 × √F (GHz) dB. RF leakage is rated ≥100 dB up to 1 GHz, with insulation resistance ≥5 GΩ. Mechanical specifications include screw-lock coupling, ≥500 mating cycles, axial captivation ≥27 N, and torque range of 0.8–1.1 Nm.Fabricated with passivated stainless steel body and coupling nut, the adapter includes beryllium copper center contacts with 3 µinch gold plating over 80 µinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. PTFE insulators and silicone rubber gaskets ensure robust dielectric and environmental sealing.
