The ROSNOL ADL-C1D25A/144-G4 is a high-power RF L-adapter designed for systems operating up to 6 GHz. Featuring screw-lock coupling mechanisms on both ends, it supports ≥500 mating cycles per side, axial captivation ≥26 N (C side) and ≥200 N (7/16 side), and coupling nut retention ≥1000 N on the 7/16 side. Electrical performance includes 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤1.20 (≥20.08 dB), insertion loss ≤0.04×√F(GHz) dB, dielectric withstanding voltage up to 3000 V rms, and working voltage of 1000 V rms.Constructed with a brass body and coupling nut plated in copper-tin-zinc alloy, the ADL-C1D25A/144-G4 features phosphor bronze and brass center contacts with silver and gold plating respectively, PTFE insulators, and a robust mechanical structure. It operates reliably across a temperature range of -65°C to +165°C and complies with MIL-STD-202 standards for thermal shock, moisture resistance, and corrosion.
