Description
Precision SMA Plug (Male) to Precision SMA Jack (Female) | L-Adapter | Passivated Stainless Steel Body
The ROSNOL ASL-PCA1PCA25A/9XX-9X is a high-frequency Precision SMA L-adapter engineered for RF and microwave systems operating up to 26.5 GHz. Featuring a screw-lock coupling mechanism, it supports ≥500 mating cycles, coupling nut retention ≥270 N, axial captivation ≥27 N, radial ≥3 Ncm, and torque rating up to 1.7 Nm. Electrical performance includes 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤1.20 (≥20.83 dB), insertion loss ≤0.05×√F(GHz) dB, RF leakage ≥100 dB up to 1 GHz, and power handling up to 200 W @ 2 GHz. The adapter is rated for 1000 V rms test voltage and 480 V rms working voltage.Constructed with a passivated stainless steel body and coupling nut, the ASL-PCA1PCA25A/9XX-9X features beryllium copper center contacts with 3 µinch gold plating over 80 µinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. PTFE is used as the insulator, and a silicone rubber gasket ensures environmental sealing. The adapter performs reliably across a temperature range of -65°C to +155°C and complies with MIL-STD-202 standards for thermal shock, corrosion, vibration, shock, and moisture resistance.
