The ROSNOL ASL-D1D25A/800-80 is a high-power 7/16 L-adapter engineered for RF systems operating up to 7.5 GHz. Featuring a screw-lock coupling mechanism, it supports ≥500 mating cycles, coupling nut retention ≥1000 N, and center contact captivation ≥200 N axial / ≥30 Ncm radial. Electrical performance includes 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤1.25 (≥19.08 dB), insertion loss ≤0.05×√F(GHz) dB, and RF leakage ≥128 dB from DC to 1 GHz. It supports power handling of 1800 W @ 1 GHz and 800 W @ 4 GHz, with insulation resistance ≥10 GΩ and working voltage of 500 V rms.Constructed with a silver-plated brass body and coupling nut, the ASL-D1D25A/800-80 features beryllium copper center contacts with silver plating, PTFE insulators, and a silicone rubber gasket. The adapter is designed to perform reliably across a temperature range of -45°C to +85°C and meets DIN EN 122190 standards for rapid temperature change, corrosion resistance, vibration, climatic testing, and damp heat.
