The ROSNOL ASL-V2V25A/9X-9X is a precision-engineered 1.85mm right angle adapter optimized for RF systems up to 65 GHz. It features a screw-lock coupling mechanism, ≥500 mating cycles, center contact captivation ≥20 N, and torque rating up to 1.65 Nm. Electrical specifications include 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤1.45 (≥14.7 dB), insertion loss ≤0.05×√F(GHz) dB, RF leakage ≥100 dB up to 1 GHz, and voltage ratings of 500 V rms (test) and 150 V rms (working).

Built with a passivated stainless steel body and coupling nut, the ASL-V2V25A/9X-9X includes beryllium copper center contacts with 3 µinch gold plating over 80 µinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating, and PTFE insulators. It is mechanically compatible with 2.4mm connectors and performs reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +165°C, meeting IEC standards for environmental durability.
