The ROSNOL ASL-PCT1PCT25A/9XX-9X is a precision-engineered TNC mitered right angle adapter optimized for RF systems up to 18 GHz. It features a screw-lock coupling mechanism, ≥500 mating cycles, torque rating up to 1.70 Nm, and gauge range between 5.18 mm to 5.28 mm. Electrical specifications include 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤1.25 (≥19.08 dB), insertion loss ≤0.1×√F(GHz) dB, and dielectric withstanding voltage up to 1500 V rms. The adapter supports 500 V rms working voltage and insulation resistance ≥5 GΩ.

Built with a passivated stainless steel body and coupling nut, the ASL-PCT1PCT25A/9XX-9X includes beryllium copper center contacts with 3 µinch gold plating over 80 µinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating, and PTFE insulators. It performs reliably across a temperature range of -65°C to +165°C and meets MIL-STD standards for environmental durability.
