The ROSNOL ASL-PC1PC25A/9XX-9X is a high-performance 3.5mm L-adapter optimized for RF and microwave systems up to 26.5 GHz. It features a screw-lock coupling mechanism, ≥500 mating cycles, axial captivation ≥27 N, radial ≥0.01 Nm, and torque rating up to 1.7 Nm. Electrical specifications include 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤1.11 (≥26 dB), insertion loss ≤0.04×√F(GHz) dB, RF leakage ≥100 dB up to 1 GHz, and voltage ratings of 1000 V rms (test) and 335 V rms (working).Built with a passivated stainless steel body and coupling nut, the ASL-PC1PC25A/9XX-9X includes beryllium copper center contacts with 3 µinch gold plating over 80 µinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating, and PS insulators. It performs reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and meets MIL-STD-202 standards for environmental durability.
