The ROSNOL ASL-A1A25C/944-94 is a compact SMA L-adapter engineered for RF applications up to 18 GHz. It features a screw-lock coupling mechanism, ≥500 mating cycles, coupling nut retention ≥270 N, axial captivation ≥17 Ncm, and radial ≥3 Nm. Electrical performance includes 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤1.15 (≥23.13 dB), insertion loss ≤0.04×√F(GHz) dB, and RF leakage ≥100 dB up to 1 GHz. It supports power handling up to 200 W @ 2 GHz, with insulation resistance ≥5 GΩ and test voltage of 1000 V rms.The adapter is constructed with a brass body and coupling nut made of copper-tin-zinc alloy, a beryllium copper center contact with 3 µinch gold plating over 80 µinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating, PTFE insulator, and silicone rubber gasket. It performs reliably across a temperature range of -65°C to +165°C.
