The ROSNOL ASL-43101431025A/H44-H4 is a mitered right-angle RF adapter featuring a 4.3-10 plug to 4.3-10 jack configuration, designed for low-PIM and high-power RF transmission up to 6 GHz. With a 50Ω impedance and VSWR ≤ 1.15 (≥ 23.13 dB), it ensures minimal signal reflection and stable performance. The adapter supports power handling up to 500 W at 2 GHz and delivers intermodulation performance ≥ 165 dBc (2 × 43 dBm). RF leakage is rated ≥ 110 dB across the full frequency range. Mechanical integrity includes ≥ 500 mating cycles, axial contact captivation ≥ 30 N, and recommended torque of 5 Nm. Environmental compliance includes IP68 protection and operation from −60°C to +165°C.
Both ends feature phosphor bronze center contacts with 3 μinch gold plating over 80 μinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. The body and coupling nut are made of brass with copper-tin-zinc alloy plating. PTFE insulators and silicone rubber gaskets ensure dielectric stability and environmental sealing.
