2.92mm Plug (Male) to 2.92mm Jack (Female) Adapter | Snap-lock | Stainless Steel Body

The ROSNOL ASL45-K1K25A/9XX-9X is a 45-degree angled RF adapter featuring a 2.92mm plug-to-jack configuration, optimized for high-frequency signal transmission up to 40 GHz. It supports 50 Ω impedance with a VSWR ≤ 1.35 (≥ 16.54 dB return loss) and RF leakage ≥ 100 dB up to 1 GHz. Insertion loss is rated at ≥ 0.1 × √F (GHz) dB. The adapter withstands test voltages up to 750 V rms and operates at 250 V rms. Mechanical performance includes snap-lock coupling, ≥ 500 mating cycles, center contact captivation ≥ 20 N, and recommended torque between 0.80–1.10 Nm.

Constructed with precision, the center contacts are made of beryllium copper with 3 µinch gold plating over 80 µinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. The body and coupling nut are stainless steel with passivated finish, and the insulator is PEI. All materials are selected to ensure durability and signal integrity in demanding RF environments.
