The ROSNOL ASL45-A1A25A/9XX-9X is a high-performance SMA straight adapter designed for precision RF signal transmission. Operating from DC to 18 GHz, it maintains a VSWR ≤ 1.15 (≥ 23.1 dB return loss) and supports 50 Ω impedance. Insertion loss is rated at ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz) dB, with RF leakage ≥ 100 dB up to 1 GHz. The adapter handles up to 200 W at 2 GHz, with insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, center contact resistance ≤ 3 mΩ, and outer contact resistance ≤ 2 mΩ. Mechanical specifications include screw-lock coupling, ≥ 500 mating cycles, axial captivation ≥ 27 N, radial captivation ≥ 3 Ncm, and recommended torque between 0.8–1.1 Nm.This adapter features beryllium copper center contacts with 3 µinch gold plating over 80 µinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. The body and coupling nut are made of passivated stainless steel, while the insulator is PTFE and the gasket is silicone rubber. All materials are selected for durability and signal integrity in demanding RF environments.
