Description
50 Ohm Re-Bending RF/Microwave Cable | FEP Jacket | ePTFE Dielectric
The ROSNOL RFX085FEP is a re-bending RF/microwave cable designed for repeated flexing applications up to 61 GHz. It features a solid silver-plated copper center conductor, expanded PTFE dielectric, and dual shielding layers of silver-plated copper and tin-plated copper braid. The cable is jacketed with FEP and has an overall diameter of Ø2.64 mm [Ø0.104 in]. Minimum bend radius is 6.35 mm [0.250 in], with a weight of 17.86 g/m.Electrical performance includes 94 pF/m capacitance, 71% signal velocity, 4.7 ns/m signal delay, and shielding effectiveness ≥ 90 dB up to 18 GHz. Phase stability vs bending is ±8.0° typical / ±15.6° max, and amplitude stability is ±0.08 dB typical / ±0.10 dB max. Attenuation ranges from 0.668 dB/m (0.203 dB/ft) at 1 GHz to 3.23 dB/m (0.983 dB/ft) at 18 GHz. Maximum CW power is 220 W at 1 GHz and 50 W at 18 GHz.
ROSNOL’s cable solutions are precision-engineered to meet the rigorous demands of RF and microwave transmission systems. Manufactured under ISO 9001-certified processes, ROSNOL cables deliver consistent high quality and performance at competitive pricing, making them a reliable alternative to products from leading European and American brands.
