The ROSNOL RFX085FEP is a high‑performance re‑bending RF and microwave cable engineered for ultra‑broadband signal transmission from DC to 62 GHz. Designed for applications requiring exceptional electrical stability, low attenuation, and superior shielding effectiveness, this cable delivers consistent 50 ± 2 Ω impedance and a velocity of propagation of 71%. With a capacitance of 93.8 pF/m and a signal delay of 4.69 ns/m, the RFX085FEP provides predictable phase behavior suitable for advanced test systems, high‑frequency transceiver modules, radar electronics, and precision instrumentation.

Constructed with a solid silver‑plated copper (SPC) center conductor, PTFE dielectric, silver‑plated copper foil shield, and a tin‑plated copper braid, the cable achieves shielding effectiveness greater than 90 dB up to 18 GHz, enabling excellent immunity against electromagnetic interference. The outer jacket is made from FEP, providing robust environmental resistance, stable electrical performance, and support for continuous operation across a temperature range from −65 °C to +135 °C. With a rugged design optimized for repeated bending, the RFX085FEP maintains electrical integrity even in dynamic routing environments. Its minimum single‑bend radius of 25.4 mm ensures mechanical longevity in confined layouts and moving assemblies.

Typical attenuation is tightly controlled across the frequency band, ranging from 0.67 dB/m at 1 GHz to 7.05 dB/m at 62 GHz under standard 20 °C test conditions. Power handling capability remains high for a cable of this size, supporting up to 220 W at 1 GHz and 22 W at 62 GHz. These characteristics make the RFX085FEP well suited for phased‑array systems, EW/ECM platforms, wideband measurement setups, aerospace payload electronics, and mmWave links that demand stable insertion loss and low reflection across extended bandwidths.
