50 Ohm EternalPhase Coaxial Cable | FEP Jacket | EPTFE Dielectric

The ROSNOL EP0574 R-Test EternalPhase coaxial cable is designed for ultra-stable phase performance in RF systems up to 32 GHz. It features a solid silver-plated copper (SPC) inner conductor, expanded PTFE dielectric, and dual silver-plated copper shielding layers. The cable is jacketed with FEP, PTFE binder, and braided PTFE cover, with an overall diameter of Ø5.74 mm [Ø0.226 in]. Static bend radius is 19.05 mm [0.750 in], dynamic bend radius is 38.1 mm [1.500 in], and the cable weighs 67.9 g/m.

Electrical specifications include 78.74 pF/m capacitance, 84% signal velocity, 3.94 ns/m signal delay, and insulation resistance ≥ 1×10⁸ MΩ/m. Shielding effectiveness is ≥ 100 dB up to 18 GHz, with a withstand voltage of 2.4 kVrms. Phase stability vs bending is ±3.5° typical / ±7.0° max, amplitude stability is ±0.02 dB typical / ±0.04 dB max, and phase stability vs temperature is <4°/m/GHz (−55°C to +125°C). Attenuation ranges from 0.27 dB/m (0.08 dB/ft) at 1 GHz to 1.62 dB/m (0.49 dB/ft) at 32 GHz. Max CW power is 800 W at 1 GHz and 150 W at 32 GHz.
