Description

50 Ohm EconoFlex Coaxial Cable | FEP Jacket | PTFE Dielectric

The ROSNOL EF402 R-Test EconoFlex coaxial cable is designed for precision RF and microwave applications up to 26.5 GHz. It features a solid silver-plated copper clad steel wire (SPCW) inner conductor, PTFE dielectric, and dual silver-plated copper outer conductors. The cable is jacketed with FEP, with an overall diameter of Ø4.14 mm [Ø0.163 in]. Minimum bend radius is 20.3 mm [0.799 in], and the cable weighs 45 g/m.

Electrical characteristics include 96.1 pF/m capacitance, 70% signal velocity, 4.72 ns/m signal delay, and insulation resistance ≥ 1×10⁸ MΩ/m. Shielding effectiveness reaches ≥ 110 dB, with a maximum operating voltage of 1.9 kVrms. Attenuation ranges from 0.28 dB/m (0.09 dB/ft) at 0.5 GHz to 2.66 dB/m (0.81 dB/ft) at 26.5 GHz. Maximum CW power handling is 527.5 W at 0.5 GHz and 72.5 W at 26.5 GHz.

ROSNOL’s cable solutions are precision-engineered to meet the rigorous demands of RF and microwave transmission systems. Manufactured under ISO 9001-certified processes, ROSNOL cables deliver consistent high quality and performance at competitive pricing, making them a reliable alternative to products from leading European and American brands. All ROSNOL cables are fully compliant with global environmental and safety regulations, including RoHS and REACH. Customization services for materials, shielding, and mechanical design are available to support specialized application requirements.
