Description

50 Ohm AccuStability Coaxial Cable | PUC/FEP Jacket | LD PTFE Dielectric

The ROSNOL AS50A R-Test AccuStability coaxial cable is engineered for ultra-high-frequency RF and microwave applications up to 50 GHz. It features a solid silver-plated copper (SPC) inner conductor, low-density PTFE dielectric, and dual silver-plated copper shielding layers. The cable is protected by a triple-layer jacket of FEP, PUC (polyurethane compound), and braided fiber, with an overall diameter of Ø5.00 mm [Ø0.197 in]. Minimum static bend radius is 5.08 mm [0.200 in], supporting over 10,000 flexures.

Electrical performance includes 86.0 pF/m capacitance, 80% signal velocity, 4.00 ns/m signal delay, and insulation resistance ≥ 1×10⁸ MΩ/m. Shielding effectiveness reaches ≥ 100 dB up to 18 GHz, with a maximum operating voltage of 1.9 kVrms. Phase stability vs bending is ±6.0° typical / ±11.8° max, and amplitude stability is ±0.05 dB typical / ±0.10 dB max. Attenuation ranges from 0.46 dB/m (0.14 dB/ft) at 1 GHz to 3.90 dB/m (1.19 dB/ft) at 50 GHz. Max CW power is 248 W at 18 GHz.

ROSNOL’s cable solutions are precision-engineered to meet the rigorous demands of RF and microwave transmission systems. Manufactured under ISO 9001-certified processes, ROSNOL cables deliver consistent high quality and performance at competitive pricing, making them a reliable alternative to products from leading European and American brands. All ROSNOL cables are fully compliant with global environmental and safety regulations, including RoHS and REACH. Customization services for materials, shielding, and mechanical design are available to support specialized application requirements.
